Lead Registration Hold (14 days): If you log a named lead, you keep protection for 14 days even if they come in direct; special split rules apply to the bounty.
Clawback: If a paid referral cancels/refunds inside a defined window (60 days), we reverse the bounty.
PPC / Brand term bidding: Paying for search ads on keywords (your brand name is off limits).
MRR: Monthly Recurring Revenue (the monthly subscription amount).
LTV: Lifetime Value (total margin expected from a customer over time).
CAC: Customer Acquisition Cost (what we pay to acquire a customer—your bounty + commissions count here).
GST: Goods and Services Tax in Australia; commissions are calculated on net receipts excluding GST/taxes/fees.
